Keep victims, law enforcement, and the community informed with clear, timely updates about case progress, resolutions, and dismissals.  Maintain transparency within the Solicitor’s Office  and operate in an ethical, modern, and balanced approach.

Both counties deserve consistent services and support. Marion residents should be able to conduct business and apply for diversion programs right in their own community.  Serve the entire 12th Circuit by creating access to important programs such as Drug Court and Pre-Trial Intervention in Marion County.

Victims should be treated with dignity.  Their concerns are never political.  I will crack down on repeat offenders and violent criminals and work to reduce the backlog of cases to speed up the justice process for victims.

I will provide additional resources, including more prosecutors for juvenile crimes to help reduce the increase in youth violence.

Every case represents a person and a story.  I will treat each one with seriousness, respect, and a commitment to justice — no exceptions.
